Saturday, December 18th, 2010I was put up in a San Diego hotel for a spell because my neighborhood drive was being rebuilt after a big storm washed away the whole street. It was pretty crazy, everyone was worried the whole neighborhood would be destroyed. Anyway, the city put me up in this San Diego hotel until the work could be done and evaluated to make sure everything was okay, and I am pretty happy with the hotel. I am not paying for it and the city did a good job making sure we were happy. They must have checked the place out on the internet to make sure it would be good enough for everyone. The hotel has everything I could ever want, and actually it is more comfortable and convenient and clean than my own house was. I have no complaints. I do not even have to make my bed because there is a maid that comes in every day and cleans up everything, even makes sure to use new, clean sheets. I like it a lot.
